The Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park is located within the Nam Dinh Vu Non-Tariff and Industrial Park (Zone 1), covering a total area of over 1,329 hectares. It is also one of the first six industrial parks planned within the Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone. The industrial park was approved for the master plan of industrial parks in Hai Phong until 2020, stated in the Prime Minister’s Official Document No. 180/TTg-CN dated February 1, 2008. Initially, the planned area was 1,200 hectares, located in Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An District, Hai Phong City. Later, the park’s planned area was adjusted and increased. With a total investment of over 2,400 billion VND, the project spans a total area of 1,329.11 hectares and is being implemented in three phases:

A 10% corporate income tax rate is applied for 15 consecutive years from the first year revenue is generated from activities eligible for industrial park investment incentives. 20% tax rate is applied in subsequent years.
A 4-year tax exemption and a 50% tax reduction for the following 9 years, starting from the first year the project has taxable income. If no taxable income is generated within the first three years of revenue, the tax exemption and reduction period begins in the fourth year.
- Land use tax:
A full (100%) land tax exemption is applied for the entire project duration.
