Minh Hung – Korea Industrial Park was approved by the People’s Committee of Binh Phuoc Province with the detailed planning project (Phase I) under Decision No. 63/QD-UBND dated January 15, 2007, and adjusted under Decision No. 2368/QD-UBND dated August 24, 2009; and (Phase II) under Decision No. 1024/QD-UBND dated April 27, 2009.
I. Overview of Minh Hung – Korea Industrial Park
With a total investment of USD 11,864,263, the Minh Hung – Korea Industrial Park project spans a total area of 392.28 hectares. The area in Phase I covers 192.28 hectares and has been put into operation, while 200 hectares in phase II is being added to the finishing touches.

III. Infrastructure in Minh Hung – Korea Industrial Park
- Transportation system:
National Highway 13 is an important route which serves as the main traffic axis with a road width of 60 meters and 6 lanes. Within the industrial park, traffic routes include D1 connecting to National Highway 13, and other routes from D2 to D9.
The roads support a vehicle load of 30 tons. The internal transportation system combined with the external transportation network forms a comprehensive system, facilitating convenient goods transportation.
- Electricity supply system:
The medium voltage system is part of the 22KV power grid provided by Binh Phuoc Electricity. A 110/22KV intermediate substation is built specifically for the industrial park. Additionally, within the industrial park, two 22KV medium voltage lines and three independent substations are constructed to serve the lighting system.
- Clean water supply system:
In the initial phase, groundwater sources are utilized on-site. In the subsequent phase, water will be sourced from the plant according to the province’s general plan, connecting to the water supply system within the industrial park. Water towers, reservoirs, and pumping stations will be constructed to regulate water supply within the park.
- Drainage system:
Rainwater is discharged into Sa Cat stream. Wastewater from factories and enterprises in the industrial park is centrally treated to meet the permissible standards before being discharged into the existing stream.
- Wastewater treatment system:
The wastewater treatment facility has a capacity of 10,000 m³/day and night. Wastewater will be treated to meet Standard A as per TCVN40: 2011 BTNMT before being released into the source stream.
Our comprehensive wastewater treatment equipment is state-of-the-art, with monitoring devices installed in the discharge area capable of 24/7, year-round monitoring. This advanced system, installed in Binh Phuoc, measures wastewater environmental indicators every 10 minutes.
- Telecommunication system:
Connected to the Hon Quan district switchboard, the design includes branch cable routes connected to distribution cabinets, serving each area within the industrial park.
