Dang Le Industrial Cluster, Hung Yen Province

Dang Le Industrial Cluster was established under Decision No. 819/QD-UBND issued by the People’s Committee of Hung Yen Province on April 7, 2022, and its 1/500 scale construction planning project was approved by Decision No. 1535/QD-UBND issued by the People’s Committee of Hung Yen Province on July 13, 2022. This is one sub-zone within the “Kim Dong – Dang Le – Chinh Nghia Industrial Cluster Complex” with a total area of 225 hectares.

I. Overview of Dang Le Industrial Cluster

With a total investment of VND 938 billion, the Dang Le Industrial Cluster spans 75 hectares and is ready for handover in 2024. The area designated for factories and enterprises (commercial land) is 50.77 hectares, with 42.89 hectares located in Kim Dong District and 32.1 hectares in An Thi District.

II. Location of Dang Le Industrial Cluster

Dang Le Industrial Cluster is situated along a key 8-lane route connecting the Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway and the Cau Gie – Ninh Binh Expressway. The project connects to the Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway in the Yen My and An Thi interchanges (2024) and to the Cau Gie – Ninh Binh Expressway in the Liem Tuyen interchange.

Preferential rate of 17% for 10 years (Article 19, Consolidated Document No. 66/VBHN-BTC).
Tax exemption for the first 2 years and a 50% reduction in payable tax for the next 4 years (Article 20, Consolidated Document No. 66/VBHN-BTC).

Land lease exemption:
Annual land lease is exempt for 7 years (Article 27, Decree 68/2017/ND-CP).

Import-export tax:
Businesses are eligible for import-export tax incentives for domestically unavailable raw materials, supplies, and components as regulated by the Law on Import-Export Tax and Decree 134/2016/ND-CP guiding the Law on Import-Export Tax.
