Previously, in 2014, Dong Van IV Industrial Park was known as Kim Bang Industrial Park and as Ascendas-Protrade Industrial Park in 2008. With a total investment capital of 1,910 billion VND, Dong Van IV Industrial Park covers an area of 300 hectares, with 227.27 hectares designated for industrial land.

- Electricity price: Applied according to EVN’s electricity tariff.
- Water supply price: VND 10,000/m³, subject to change by decision of the People’s Committee of Ha Nam Province.
