II. Location
The RSL Group’s factory project is located at lot K7 of Thuan Thanh 3B Industrial Park, which locates within the Thuan Thanh Industrial and Urban Complex (including Thuan Thanh 3 – Trung Quy, Khai Son, Duc Viet, and Phu Truong An Urban area) in Gia Dong commune, Thuan Thanh district.
The IP is situated along National Highway 17, the key route of Thuan Thanh district. According to regional economic development planning and orientation, National Highway 17 serves as a vital transportation route connecting the IP to Hanoi to the east and other districts of the province to the west.

Preferred industries: The Thuan Thanh 3B factory project favors industries such as mechanical assembly and electronics, agricultural and forestry product processing, textiles and consumer goods production, building material manufacturing, bioelectricity, and other manufacturing industries that meet environmental regulations.
Notably, the Thuan Thanh 3B Industrial Park factory project is also suitable for EPE (Export Processing Enterprises).
IV. Project facilities
- Electricity supply system: Electricity is stably supplied through a 110/22 kV substation with a capacity of 45 MVA. The high-voltage power network (22 kV) is distributed along the internal roads of the industrial park.
- Clean water supply system: The on-site water plant is built with a capacity of 20,000 m³ per day and night, taking water directly from groundwater sources. The water supply system is extended to the project’s boundary.
- Wastewater treatment system: The industrial park has treatment facilities for wastewater and rainwater in separated area. The wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 15,000 m³ per day and night.
- Proximity to main roads: Located adjacent to CN8 road – the main traffic route of the industrial park, allowing for easy vehicle maneuvering.
- Close to cooling canal: Conveniently situated near a cooling canal.
- Fire protection system: The fire protection system has been thoroughly inspected.
